Studio "Coquelicot" (28 m2) is equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 people. It is located on the first floor of the house, and is totally independent, with its private terrace, and the pool dedicated to rentals.
It comprises:
- an air-conditioned living room with double bed, flat-screen TV, folding table and wardrobe;
- a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave oven, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker);
- shower room with WC
- a private terrace with garden furniture, table and parasol.
In the communal areas, you can take advantage of the swimming pool reserved for rentals, the south-west-facing solarium, the garden and the free, enclosed parking lot.
