The 3 lakes circuit

In Puget, take boulevard du Général Leclerc to Domaine de la Lieutenante. Parking is available in the parking lot. This easy hike takes in three small lakes in the Bois du Défens, nestled in the rocky outcrops of the Colle du Rouet volcanic massif.
Millstone trail
Duration: 2h30 – Level: easy – Distance: 5km – Difference in altitude: +103m
In Puget, take boulevard du Général Leclerc to Domaine de la Lieutenante. Parking is available in the parking lot. An emblematic family hike that allows you to discover both the local flora and the historical heritage of Puget sur Argens. On this hike, you’ll discover an old millstone quarry.
Defens loop
Duration: 1h – Level: easy – Distance: 4km – Difference in altitude: +70m
In Puget, take boulevard du Général Leclerc to Domaine de la Lieutenante. You can park in the parking lot. A short circuit of no particular difficulty, using only the trails of the Défens forest. Ideal for running training (undulating course).
